How to Choose the Best Screen Cleaner

With the variety of electronic screens out there, it is very important to choose a screen cleaner carefully.

• Don't use windex or other window cleaning supplies on your electronic displays. These chemicals cause irreparable damage to both LCD and touch sensitive displays.
• Make sure the cleaner is bundled with a high quality microfiber cloth. Using tissues or paper towels can end up causing damage to your display.
• If cleaning a smartphone or tablet like the iPhone and iPad, use only a cleaner that guarantees not to destroy the fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating.
• Stay away from both extremely cheap and overpriced brands. The best screen cleaners seem to all be priced in the ten to twenty dollar range for 4 ounces.
• A noticeable amount of dust will accumulate on your screen every couple of days. It is a good idea to make cleaning your screen part of your daily routine.
